If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect seleable condition, all original labels and tags are attached unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded. Even if you have qualified for free delivery (orders over £60) when placing your order, a postage and packing charge of £1.25 per item will be levied on unwanted items and deducted from any refund given.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
